Chains work in a various number of industrial applications. In general the right viscosity is the key to allow a good penetration to all chain elements to be lubricated but also to avoid the centrifugation of the lubricant. Type, speed, load characteristics, environmental conditions, system design, lubricant application and maintenance requirements have to be considered to select the right lubricant.
